Rudi has multiple personalities and although funny, he is actually very scary. In fact, I bet this is Rudi's blog too, because his mental condition just won't allow him to say enough evil shit on Ed Allen and Mayor Godfrey.

Actually Rudi has no personality and isn't funny in the least. However, he is a rather pleasant fellow. By the way he also just simply loves Dr. Allen and his precious son in Law Godfrey. Talks very highly of both of them every chance he gets!
